Ticketing

A support ticket is a request for technical support from our Customer Service department.

A ticket can be opened at any time, but will only be addressed by our technicians during office hours (Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.).
